If recent results are anything to go by, Frank Lampard’s job as Chelsea manager may well be over.

The Blues have lost five of their last eight league games, which have seen Chelsea fall from the top three to 8th place in the league.

RB Leipzig boss Julian Nagelsmann is one of the managers to have been linked with the Chelsea job if Lampard eventually gets sacked, and a Chelsea fan has made a cheeky attempt to poach Nagelsmann for the Blues.

The Chelsea fan with the name Younes H-Hamou sent a message to Leipzig on Twitter, thus: “Leipzig admin!! Long time no see! How you doing? Had a lot of fun trying to get Timo Werner from you last time and that all worked out!

“You’ve been doing well! Turns out we need another favour from you it seems… How’s your coach Julian doing?” Adding emojis for eyes, a thumbs up and a laughing face.

The Bundesliga side didn’t hesitate to shrug off any possible move, as they replied swiftly: “Doing great, thanks! And… no chance. Bye.”
