Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman has now left the club on loan until the end of the season after failing to make a single appearance for the first team this season.
We earlier reported the left-back will join Greek side PAOK on a six-month loan deal and the Ghanaian international has now completed the move.
Baba joined Chelsea from German side Augsburg in the summer of 2015 and made 23 appearances in his debut season at Stamford Bridge.
He has failed to make any appearance for the Blues since his debut season at the club due to injuries and time spent on loan at Shalke, Reims and Real Mallorca.
Rahman’s new club PAOK are currently fourth in the Greek Super League table.
