Chelsea boss Frank Lampard reportedly wants to manage Spanish giants Barcelona after missing out on transfer as player.
This is according to Spanish journalist Guillem Balagué, who claims Lampard has high hopes for the future – and is keen to one day take charge at the Nou Camp.
Speaking on the Esport3 program ‘Onze’, Balagué said: “His dream is to train in La Liga and do what he couldn’t do during his days as a player.
“He would like to sit in the dugout at the Nou Camp and coach Barca in the not too distant future.”
Despite his apparent hopes and dreams, for now Lampard’s focus will simply be on keeping his job at Chelsea.
The Blues have won just once in our last six Premier League games.
