Thomas Tuchel took charge of Chelsea for the first time in the goalless draw against Wolves on Wednesday night.
The Blues dominated possession in the game, and had a few chances to score but couldn’t find the back of the net.
Chelsea had 79 percent possession and 92 percent accuracy, to show how much Chelsea dominated play.
Tuchel also set a record in the process, as no manager in the league had completed the number of passes Chelsea made on their debut game in charge.
According to stats by OptaJoe, no manager in the Premier League has completed up to 820 passes in their first game in charge.
Chelsea’s completed total passes of 433 in the first half, is the most in the first half of a Premier League game since at least 2003-04.
Also, Tuchel’s side made the second most passes in the Premier League this season, with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City having made the most pass in their 5-0 win over West Brom.
