Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori has finally left Chelsea and has sealed a loan move to Serie A giants AC Milan.

Tomori leaves Chelsea for AC Milan having only made four appearances this season for the Blues, with his last league start coming in the 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on February 29.

Reports claim that the Serie A giants have an option to buy Tomori for £26.6million, which means that the 23-year-old may be lost to AC Milan at the end of the season.

Tomori was delighted with the move to leave Chelsea, and has told fans of the Milan club that he’s honoured to play for them.
