Chelsea’s summer signing Kai Havertz made the £70m move from Bayer Leverkusen to Chelsea during the summer transfer window, but the German international is yet to fulfill anything close to his potential.
Havertz has faced massive criticisms in England over his form, but there have been calls for patience regarding the 21-year-old.
Kai Havertz former teammate Jonathan Tah, has revealed that he’s sure of what Havertz can do, and has backed him to shine for Chelsea, but also pleased for patience as well.
“I know what qualities Kai has,” Tah told Sport1.
“The game is so different in Germany. Give the boy time, then he will show his enormous qualities at Chelsea too. Kai will convince all the critics over there.
“I’ve been watching the Chelsea games regularly since the move. It’s super interesting because Timo Werner and Antonio Rudiger also play there.”
