The world’s most expensive goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has failed to impress at Chelsea and is now second choice to Edouard Mendy.
Chelsea paid Athletic Bilbao £71.6m in 2018 to sign the Spaniard as replacement for Thibaut Courtois who had left for Real Madrid.
According to The Sun, Kepa is worried his spot in Spain’s Euro 2021 squad under serious threat.
He is now the club’s second choice between the sticks and third choice for his country.
Kepa is keen on making Spain’s Euro 2021 squad and is reportedly open to leaving the club on loan.
A temporary move back to Spain could happen but his £150,000 wages may be a major stumbling block.
