Tottenham aren’t in good form of late, as they suffered consecutive defeats against Liverpool and Brighton.

Tottenham always seem very weak whenever Harry Kane doesn’t play, and the Spurs captain got injured before halftime when Tottenham played Liverpool last week.

At the time, it looked like Kane could be out for many weeks, but while addressing the press ahead of facing Chelsea, Jose Mourinho’s good news is that Kane won’t be out for long, and he refused to say how soon the Spurs captain will be back in action.

“The news is pretty good news,” Mourinho told the club’s official website. “After Liverpool, no idea. Then the next day, we were thinking about three weeks, something like that.

“I don’t want to be super-optimistic, but Harry is optimistic, he has the experience of some injuries in his ankles and in Harry’s mind, it’s a couple of weeks, so let’s see if he’s right.”
