Chelsea had lost five of their last eight league games which led to the sack of Frank Lampard.

However, Thomas Tuchel’s first game didn’t go as expected, with the Blues playing a goalless draw despite dominating the game.

Chelsea would then beat Burnley 2-0, in what was an even better performance under the new manager, and Pulisic has revealed that his teammates were really excited to get the win.

“It’s been good so far,” Pulisic said about working with Tuchel again.

“We’ve got a new outlook on things, we have had a really good win so it’s been a positive start.

“It’s been some crazy times recently and just to get a win left all the guys in the changing room really excited. We have had a lot of fun in training and there are smiles on faces which is good to see.”
