Newcastle United will be without four key players for their visit to Stamford Bridge on Monday.

Striker Callum Wilson (hamstring) and defenders Fabian Schar (knee) and Javier Manquillo (ankle) are all facing up to eight weeks on the sidelines with injuries suffered during Newcastle United’s 3-2 win over Southampton, while midfielder Jeff Hendrick is suspended after being sent off during the same game.

Newcastle United defenders Jamaal Lascelles (hamstring) and Federico Fernandez (muscle) are also doubts for the game.

Ciaran Clark is available after missing the Saints game because his partner had gone into labour.

Newcastle provisional squad: Darlow, Dubravka, Krafth, Lewis, Dummett, Clark, Shelvey, Hayden, M. Longstaff, S. Longstaff, Murphy, Fraser, Willock, Ritchie, Anderson, Atsu, Almiron, Saint-Maximin, Joelinton, Gayle, Carroll.
