Chelsea fans may have been gloomy after Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Southampton, as the team’s performance was far from impressive.

Many fans now seem worried ahead of the upcoming Champions League tie against Atletico Madrid, but there should be little to fear about.
Chelsea are in even better form than the La Liga leaders who have been experiencing a downturn in form of late.
Atletico were well beaten at home by Levante in their last game, and had only managed a draw in their previous encounter. As a matter of fact, Diego Simeone’s men have only won once in their last four games.
The last time Chelsea and Atletico faced each other was in the Champions League group stage of 2017. Chelsea won the home game 2-1 and drew 1-1 away from home, to send them packing from the group.
Thomas Tuchel will surely be eyeing a victory for Chelsea against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
