Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was used to making five substitute changes while as PSG boss, but he has since had to adjust to making three changes since switching to the Premier League.
For his first game in charge against Wolves, Tuchel left it late in the game before making his first substitution, and he admitted after the game that he was used to making five changes.
The German boss is now pleased with the opportunity to make five changes in the Champions League, as he has been used to.
He said in his pre-match press conference ahead of facing Atletico: “I’m very happy and excited to arrive in Bucharest because every time we arrive, I see a good response from the boys and I expect the same tomorrow night.
“We have the possibility to take 23 players, we can make five changes and it gives us lots of possibilities tomorrow.”
