Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has had an unbeaten start to his Chelsea career. Since his appointment as Chelsea manager, the German manager has led Chelsea to 11 games unbeaten and has also won the big matches.

Chelsea board are reportedly pleased with the work Tuchel has done so far, with the team’s improvement in form.

Besides the recent improvements in result, the Chelsea board are reportedly pleased with how Tuchel has handled some players.

According to ESPN, the Chelsea board are pleased with the improvement of summer signings Kai Havertz and Timo Werner, and also Marcos Alonso.

Summer recruits Kai Havertz and Timo Werner have impressed of late under Tuchel, while Marco Alonso has also returned to top form, and it has also been taken as a sign of the positive effect Tuchel has had on the entire squad.

According to ESPN, the Chelsea board already feel vindicated of their decision to sack Lampard and appoint Tuchel.
