Chelsea fans are unhappy with the situation surrounding youngster Billy Gilmour at Chelsea.

The 19-year-old is already seen as a top player despite his young age, with his vision and composure among his top qualities as a player.

Gilmour has struggled for games this season, and it has been worse under the new manager, who has only featured him in the FA Cup clash against Championship side Barnsley.

Gilmour has since been relegated to playing for the development squad, and started the Under-23s’ last match against Leicester City after struggling for opportunities to impress in the first-team under Thomas Tuchel.

However, Chelsea fans were surprised to see him miss the squad for the game against Everton U23 on Friday, a game the young Blues won 2-1.

Chelsea fans were disappointed not to see Gilmour feature in that game, and are also unhappy with his lack of games in the senior team.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
