Former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink believes Chelsea were the only team that tried to get a win in Sunday’s goalless draw against Manchester United.

The former striker believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United were more interested in avoiding a defeat to Chelsea.

He said: “I think Chelsea tried to win the match. They tried not to concede but they did try to win.

“It was made difficult by Man Utd; they had eleven behind the ball all the time. They condensed all the space. Man Utd played more not to lose than Chelsea. They played more on the counter-attack.”
