The Three Lions have now gotten two wins on the bounce in the World Cup qualifying as Harry Kane and Mason Mount were on target in the 2-0 victory over Albania.

Harry Kane headed the England in front after Luke Shaw’s brilliant cross in the closing stages of the first half.

In the second half, Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount was on target as he doubled the advantage for England after the hour mark to seal the victory. For his goal, Mount capitalised on some poor Albania defending to double the lead with a right-footed strike over the goalkeeper.

After the victory, Mount took to social media as he posted “Job done, looking forward to Wednesday!”

England’s next game is against Robert Lewandowski’s Poland, and Mount will be hoping to have another good game.

About the Author

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
