According to Italian media outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are still waiting for a response from Gianluigi Donnarumma over the renewal of his contract.
The AC Milan goalkeeper is stalling on signing a new contract with the Italian club amid interest from Chelsea.
Donnarumma’s AC Milan contract expires at the end of the season and he could leave the Italian club as a free agent, a scenario that interest Chelsea.
AC Milan are reportedly offering the 22 year old goalkeeper €8m net per season, a figure that would make Gigio the second-highest paid player in Serie A after Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, his agent Mino Raiola is demanding a yearly salary of €12million for the 22 year old goalkeeper.
