Chelsea have a huge opportunity to take a leap forward in winning a trophy this season, as Chelsea and Manchester City face each other in the FA Cup semi final clash on Saturday.

It’s a huge game at Wembley for the two sides, and both teams will be taking this tie very seriously.

Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has confirmed that two of his main players won’t feature, with Mateo Kovacic and Andreas Christensen both out of the squad for the game at Wembley.

Kovacic picked a knock in training ahead of the game against Porto, and is set to miss a few games before his return to fitness. The good news however is that N’Golo Kante will be available for this game.

“We have the green light for N’Golo to play,” said Tuchel of Kante’s availability having played the entire 90 minutes against Porto.

“We had three days between which makes a huge difference for him.

“Mateo Kovacic is unfortunately still out, but feeling already better. Andreas Christensen is also out and cannot be in the squad.”
