Following the announcement of the creation of the European Super League over the weekend, UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin threatened to expel Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid from the Champions League.

UEFA executive committee member and head of Danish FA Jesper Moller has revealed he expects all three clubs to be kicked out of the Champions League on Friday.

He said: “The clubs must go, and I expect that to happen on Friday.”

Chelsea are to face Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals while Manchester City are to face Paris Saint-Germain in the other semi-final clash.
