Real Madrid have officially announced their 22-man squad to face Chelsea in the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium.

Real Madrid and Chelsea face each other in the semi-finals of the Champions League, and both teams will be keen on getting to the final.

Goalkeepers: Thibaut Courtois, Andriy Lunin & Diego Altube.

Defenders: Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao, Raphael Varane, Nacho, Marcelo, Alvaro Odriozola & Miguel.

Midfielders: Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Isco, Casemiro, Sergio Arribas & Antonio Blanco.

Attackers: Eden Hazard, Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio, Vinicius Junior, Mariano & Rodrygo.

For the Los Blancos, Hazard has made a return to the team for this crucial tie, but they will be without Federico Valverde who will miss out after recently coming into contact with somebody who had tested positive for Covid-19, while Lucas Vazquez remains sidelined with a knee problem.

Zidane will not be able to call upon club captain Sergio Ramos as he continues to recover from a calf injury.

Meanwhile, in the Chelsea squad, Mateo Kovacic remains the only absentee.
