Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard will be ready to face former club Chelsea when both teams meet in a Champions League semi-final clash.
Hazard has struggled with injuries since moving to the Bernabeu in 2019 and he’s made just 14 appearances in all competitions this season.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane revealed Hazard is back in contention for Real Madrid’s league game against Getafe on Sunday night, which would give him plenty of time to build his fitness up for the tie against Chelsea.
“He is feeling very better and he is ready,” said Zidane.
“He wants to be back more than anyone else.
“We have been more cautious with [Dani] Carvajal and Hazard, because they are relapses.
“They are both better and that is good for the team.”
