Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, was signed under the reign of Maurizio Sarri, and the Italy international has now played under three different managers at Chelsea.
At some point under Frank Lampard, Jorginho was gradually being phased out of the team and was linked with an exit from the club. But he’s now a key player under new boss Thomas Tuchel.
Jorginho had revealed last month that he missed Naples, which brought about more exit rumours, but his agent Joao Santos has maintained that the Italy international will remain at Chelsea.
“He has a two-year contract with Chelsea,” his agent told Tuttomercato.
“He is thinking about playing in the European Championships and then the World Cup in Qatar.
“He will remain at Chelsea, one hundred per cent.”
Asked about the potential of extending his contract at Stamford Bridge, Santos said: “We will talk about it in a few months.”
