Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara has revealed he’s ready to leave the French club this summer amid interest from Chelsea.
He said as quoted by Sport Witness: “I’d like to finish the season, there’s five games left. Then I’ll relax this summer and think about what’s next. What can convince me to stay? The sporting project. I’ve been a professional for four years, I’ve lived through pretty much everything here”.
Is he ready for a move abroad? He replied: “I don’t know since I’ve been here since I was very small. I’ve never felt this desire to leave, but I think I’m ready to go pretty much anywhere with what I’ve lived at Marseille”.
According to French journalist Romain Canuti, the defender turned defensive midfielder is a player Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel likes a lot.
Kamara’s Marseille contract expires next year and the French club would have to sell him this summer to avoid losing him for free.
