The Blues have improved massively since Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard as Chelsea boss in January.

Under the guidance of the German tactician, the Blues are now in the semi-finals of the Champions League and FA Cup and his work at Chelsea haven’t gone unnoticed.

According to reports in Germany via Sport Witness, German giants Bayern Munich have identified Tuchel as one of the three options to replace Hansi Flick.

Flick is reportedly interested in becoming the next manager of the German national team when Joachim Low steps down after the European Championships this summer.

RB Leipzig’s Julian Nagelsmann and VfL Wolfsburg’s Oliver Glasner are the other managers in Bayern Munich’s shortlist.

The report also claims that while Bayern Munich are interested in Tuchel, they are aware it is ‘almost impossible’ to take him away from Chelsea.
