Chelsea were humiliated in their last Premier League game, as the Blues were beaten 5-2 by a relegation-threatened West Brom at Stamford Bridge.
A number of individual mistakes cost Chelsea in the defeat, chief of which came from Jorginho.
Jorginho was very poor on the day, and gave the ball away in the build-up to both of Thiago Silva’s yellow cards. His poor header also contributed to Matheus Pereira’s second goal of the game.
Kurt Zouma was also poor in defence, as a loop ball easily beat him for West Brom’s second goal.
A report by The Athletic claims that Tuchel was in charge of a lengthy meeting on Sunday in which he went over Chelsea’s performance.
Tuchel particularly highlighted the shocking performance of Jorginho and Zouma.
A source at Chelsea told The Athletic: “Watching it all back was a horror show. Tuchel was saying things like: ‘This is unacceptable, we shouldn’t be giving goals like this away. What happened to the defence here?’, etc.’
Tuchel would be keen to see his team bounce back in the Champions League clash against Porto on Wednesday.
