West Ham climbed above Chelsea into fourth after their 3-2 victory over Wolves on Monday.

Following their victory over Wolves on Monday, West Ham David Moyes warned the Blues and other Champions League contenders that West Ham will do all they can to make the Champions League

Moyes said: “I don’t know if we’re in the final furlong yet, we’ve probably got to go over Becher’s Brook and have some big jumps to go over on the way in.

“Let’s be fair, we’re challenging, after 30 games it’s not a fluke. We are there because we have been playing well enough. If we fall short, we fall short.

“We are thrilled, people are mentioning we are in the top four. We have bobbed in and out of it so let’s hope we can do everything we can to stay there.

“I was massively concerned (with Wolves’ comeback) but we just about got away with it. Good on us, it’s an improvement from the last one (drawing 3-3 with Arsenal).

“It was like the Arsenal game when we did the exact same thing. We were going for a fourth goal and it would have been easier to keep the ball.

“Managing the game is something we have to work on.”

Speaking to Sky Sports on the race for the four, he added: “We have to go and take it on. Why not?

“I am hearing pundits talking about West Ham having a chance of Champions League.

“Nobody would have envisaged or mentioned that last season.

“Can we keep it going? We are going to try and compete with the big teams right until the end.”
