It’s a tough battle from 3rd to 5th in the Premier League, as three teams are in the fight for a top four finish.

Leicester City are currently 3rd with 66 points, while Chelsea are 4th with 64 points. Liverpool are closely behind with 63 points, with just two games left to go.

The interesting thing about the top four race is that all three teams have it in their hands, as all they have to do is win their remaining two games. For Leicester City, they may only need to draw Chelsea and win their last game (although a difficult tie against Tottenham) and they will be through.

Speaking ahead of Tuesday’s crunch Premier League tie at Stamford Bridge, Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers that he doesn’t care about Liverpool’s late victory against West Brom, as he maintained that it’s in their hands to make top four.

“There’s no ramifications for us. We have to control what we do and we have it in our hands,” Rodgers said when reflecting on Liverpool’s dramatic victory at the Hawthorns.

“We’ve got European football but we have two games to arrive in the top four. ‘We can only control what we have ourselves.

“Big Sam will be disappointed because they defended well. We have a great opportunity to qualify and we intend to take it.”
