Manchester City broke their semi-final hoodoo to reach a first ever Champions League final, and will be waiting to see who go through in the game between Chelsea and Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

Manchester City are now the first English side to win 11 games in a single European Cup/Champions League campaign.

Pep Guardiola’s side has not lost in the Champions League this season, with their only dropped points coming in a scoreless draw with Porto during the group stage.

Chelsea will have in mind that winning the Champions League this year will take a lot of work, but first, the Blues must go past Real Madrid today at Stamford Bridge.
