Timo Werner was signed last summer for a fee of £47.5m, and he was brought in to bang in the goals.
However, it hasn’t gone well for Werner in terms of his goalscoring, as he has only managed 11 goals in 48 appearances.
While Werner may not be scoring much, he’s always involved in the goals as he assist goals and has won a good number of penalties.
Former Wales and Fulham manager Chris Coleman believes Werner will be on fire for Chelsea next season and will score a lot of goals.
Ex-Cottagers boss Coleman said: “I think he [Werner] is going to score a hatful of goals next season, I really do.
“He’s a constant threat, he’s always running in behind and getting into areas where he can get chances.
“He never shies away. It’s been a tough year for him but he’s shown glimpses of the quality which made Frank Lampard pay the money for him.
“I’ve got a feeling that this boy is going to score a hatful of goals next season. I think he will be a really, really good Chelsea player.”
