Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has warned Chelsea and Liverpool that the race for the Premier League top four isn’t over yet.

As it stands, Chelsea are 3rd with 67 points, Liverpool are 4th with 66 points while Leicester City are 5th with 66 points.

Leicester must beat Tottenham Hotspur on the final day of the season and hope either Chelsea or Liverpool drop points.

Talking in his pre-match press conference, the Northern Irishman said: “I don’t think it’s over yet, I have that optimism and belief that if we do our job we can do no more than that. It’ll be interesting to see how it finishes.

“What we don’t want is for the door to open for us and for us not to walk through it.

“If we arrive on 69 points and somehow don’t make it to the Champions League it has been really unfortunate.”
