Italian giants AC Milan appear to be preparing for the exit of Hakan Calhanoglu.
Calhanoglu, 27, has been with the Italian side since he joined from Bayer Leverkusen in 2017 and his contract with AC Milan will expire at the end of the month.
According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, AC Milan have identified Chelsea midfielder Hakim Ziyech as a replacement for Calhanoglu.
The report claims AC Milan have already held talks with the agent of the Chelsea midfielder who joined from Ajax last year.
Calciomercato claim AC Milan believe they can sign the Chelsea midfielder for £30m (€35m) after holding talks with his agent.
It’s yet to be seen whether the Blues will want to sell the Moroccan international this summer after just one season at the club.
