Premier League rivals Liverpool have reportedly made a move for one of Thomas Tuchel’s transfer targets.

According to Football Insider, Liverpool have made an enquiry for Wolves forward Adama Traore.

Chelsea boss Tuchel is reportedly keen on signing the Spanish international as he sees him as an ideal player to play as a right wing-back for the Blues.

Tuchel reportedly wants Reece James to play on the right of Chelsea’s back three next season and is keen on signing a new right wing-back this summer.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp wants a versatile forward who can play on both flanks and down the middle and is capable on carrying the ball long distances and sees Traore as the ideal signing for the Reds.

Liverpool had an interest in Traore last year but did not make a move and ended up signing his teammate Diogo Jota instead. Klopp is reportedly now ready to make a move for the 25 year old Spanish international this summer.

Traore has just two years left on his Wolves contract and negotiations over extending his Wolves contract has stalled.
