According to Daily Mail, Premier League side Wolves are interested in signing Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma but the 26 year old France international has declined their advances.
While Zouma is reportedly open to leaving Chelsea in search of regular football after falling down the pecking order since the appointment of Thomas Tuchel as Chelsea boss, a move to Wolves doesn’t appeal to Zouma.
Several other English clubs including Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are also interested in signing Zouma this summer and are keeping tabs on his situation at Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma are also reportedly interested in signing Zouma but want a loan deal for the 26 year old.
Last season, he started 15 of Chelsea’s first 17 Premier League matches, favoured by Frank Lampard in the early stages of the campaign.
But Zouma was a player not to benefit from Thomas Tuchel’s arrival, starting just seven league matches under the German.
