According to Goal, Spanish side Barcelona have reached an agreement with German side RB Leipzig for the transfer of Barcelona midfielder Ilaix Moriba.
The deal for the 18-year-old is worth an initial €16 million (£13m/$19m), but could rise to €22m (£19m/$26m) with bonuses.
The teenager has been given permission to travel to Germany to have a medical and put pen to paper on a four-year deal, with the option of an extra year.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid were all interested in signing midfielder who had just one year left on his Barcelona contract but it is RB Leipzig that has won the race to sign the wonderkid.
Ilaix is regarded as one of the most talented youngsters to graduate from the La Masia academy in recent years and made 18 appearances for Barcelona last season.
