According to Sky Sports, Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is undergoing an AC Milan medical ahead of joining the club from Chelsea on a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.
Bakayoko will also extend his Chelsea contract until 2024 before completing the loan transfer to AC Milan.
The 27 year old midfielder has failed to hold down a place in Chelsea’s first team since arriving from Monaco for £40m in 2017.
He has spent the last three seasons away on loan at AC Milan, Monaco and Napoli after failing to prove himself at Chelsea.
In total, Bakayoko played 43 times for Chelsea across all competitions, scoring three goals and registering three assists.
