The Blues are keen on signing a striker this summer and have been linked with Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku and Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland.
Reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has now revealed Chelsea’s chances of signing any of these strikers this summer.
“For this summer, there is no chance to sign Robert Lewandowski for Chelsea. Inter define Romelu Lukaku as non-transferable and untouchable, another very complicated affair,” Fabrizio Romano has said on the Here We Go Podcast.
“That’s why the dream remains Erling Haaland, but from Borussia Dortmund, the club’s version is clear: there is no offer on the table, not even an official approach.
“It will take madness to sell Haaland, not even €150m would be accepted. And above all, Borussia will not wait until 25/30 August despite having already bought Donyell Malen.”
