Kai Havertz has admitted he hopes to have an easier season with the Blues after a difficult debut season following his transfer from Bayer Leverkusen.
“I hope so!” Havertz said about whether he and Timo Werner will have an easier season in England after a year of adaptation.
“The start for both of us was not really good.
“In the meantime, we feel totally at home, we’ve got used to the football, the way of life, the people.
“After such a year with a pandemic and difficult circumstances, hopefully it will be easier now.
“Just the return of the fans is fantastic, it gives a different spirit and is one of the main reasons why I wanted to go to England.”
