Chelsea have been linked with a move for Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku, and the reports have grown stronger over the past week.
Inter has since insisted that the 28-year-old isn’t for sale at any price, but their stance has now changed as the club continues to battle financial crisis.
Chelsea had seen an earlier cash bid plus Marcos Alonso rejected by Inter, and the Blues have met with the Serie A side yet again.
According to Sky Sports, Chelsea have held more positive talks with Inter Milan over Romelu Lukaku and there is real hope this can lead to an agreement between all parties.
Chelsea now hopes that a bid of £102m will be enough to land Lukaku, who spent three years on their books from 2011.
