Romelu Lukaku scored a brace on his return to Stamford Bridge as Chelsea defeated Aston Villa 3-0.

Lukaku scored the opener in the first half as he finished off an awesome pass from Mateo Kovacic, but his celebration didn’t match the goal he scored.

Lukaku tried to perform a knee slide but it went wrong as he fell flat on his face after his knee stuck to the ground, and it looked like he even hurt himself in the process.

Lukaku took to social media on Sunday to announce that he won’t follow his hero Didier Drogba in that knee slide celebration anymore.

He posted: “No more sliding on my knees after yesterday’s celebration.”

Drogba who’s king of the knee slide celebration commented on Lukaku’s post: “Hello Doctor David, can you get him new knees 🤣🤣🤣”
