Man Utd star Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t enjoy playing against Chelsea

Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Manchester United this summer, 12 years after leaving the Red Devils for Real Madrid.

While Ronaldo tormented several clubs like Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal during his first spell as a Manchester United player, the Portuguese international never enjoyed playing against Chelsea.

Ronaldo won’t be looking forward to facing Chelsea in the Premier League as he never scored a league goal against the Blues in the Premier League in his first spell as a Manchester United player.

In 15 games against Chelsea, Ronaldo has scored just once and provided 2 assists. His only goal against Chelsea was the header he scored in the 2008 Champions League final between Chelsea and Manchester United.

Chelsea is the only top six side that Ronaldo struggles to score against. He has 10 goals in 18 appearances against Tottenham Hotspur, 6 goals in 15 appearances against Arsenal, 5 goals in 14 appearances against Manchester City and 3 goals in 12 appearances against Liverpool.
