Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku’s goal seems to have dried up, but it’s not a question of the quality of the striker but rather the service he receives from his teammates.
A recent report from Sky Sports showed the number of times Lukaku has either received a pass from his team-mates in the league this season and vice versa.
It was a surprise to Blues fans when they found out that Kai Havertz hadn’t made a single pass to the Belgian forward in the Premier League so far.
The Chelsea team have so far not learnt how to take advantage of the Belgian hitman as they tend to hold on to the ball for too long or under hit a pass.
One fan was quick to point out that there was an agenda against Romelu Lukaku and was amazed that a playmaker is yet to lay a pass to his striker.
