Tammy Abraham vows to pay back Mourinho

Jose Mourinho seemed delighted to sign Tammy Abraham from Chelsea during the summer transfer window, and it’s clear to see why now.

Abraham has been in good form since moving to Roma and has been a key player for the former Chelsea boss.

Abraham turned 24 on October 2, and he has now vowed to pay back the trust from the Portuguese.

On his first birthday celebrations in the Italian capital, Abraham said:

“I spent my birthday with my family here. Now I have to celebrate with a victory.”

On what Mourinho asks of him: he said: “The coach has faith in me. He asked me for a lot of goals because he already knows me very well from my time in England. I want to repay the trust.”
