Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi had a fine game in the 7-0 win over Norwich City.
Hudson-Odoi played in his familiar left wing role, which is different from the right wing-back position where Tuchel has been playing him since last season.
The 20-year-old was a threat until he was subbed off in the second half and he finished off a fine Mateo Kovacic pass with calmness to score Chelsea’s second of the game.
Despite Hudson-Odoi’s performance, Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has said that he must continue to perform at a high level if he wants to be a regular at the club.
“He had a good game against Malmo, another good game today. There are still things to improve and work on, but it’s on him,” Tuchel said.
“It’s like I said before the game, he has to show he has to produce performances like this consistently and it’s time to show. Next performance is on Tuesday.”
