Eden Hazard is reportedly keen on returning to Chelsea after struggling with injuries and form since joining Real Madrid.
Since joining Real Madrid in the summer of 2019, Hazard has played just 37 La Liga games, scoring 4 goals.
The 30-year-old has been left out of Carlo Ancelotti’s starting XI for Real’s last three league games and he was also an unused substitute against Inter Milan in the Champions League.
Hazard picked up another hamstring injury in Belgium’s Nations League defeat to France and the former Chelsea star is reportedly frustrated with life at Real Madrid.
It is believed Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly open to bringing back Hazard to Chelsea if the Blues can reach an agreement with Real Madrid.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel would be open to adding Hazard to his Chelsea squad after previously hailing the Belgium superstar.
“He is a top quality player and a key player for many years at this club and this league, the hardest in the world,” Tuchel said last season.
“So consistent. I have the biggest respect for him.
“He is a big player, we have many people here who know him well.
“He was a key player for this club now he plays for Real Madrid.”
