Hakim Ziyech was signed up from Ajax in January 2020 but eventually joined the club in the summer of the same year.

Last season was his first year as a Chelsea player and he blew hot and cold both under Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel.

Injuries haven’t helped Ziyech at all and his form has also been questionable.

The Moroccan international scored the only goal of the game as Chelsea defeated Malmo 1-0 in the Champions League clash against Malmo, but he didn’t seem to impress former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy.

“Ziyech, even though he scored, he ain’t cutting it for me. Putting the ball in the back of the net is part of what you should do as a player,” he said on talkSPORT

Ziyech has now scored eight goals and five assists in 49 Blues appearances for Chelsea.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
