According to Marca via TribalFootball, Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia is working on signing these three players in 2022.
According to the report, Granovskaia has written up a wish list of stars with Matthijs De Ligt, 22, Jules Kounde, 23, and Lorenzo Insigne, 30, at the top of the pile.
With the contracts of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen expiring in 2022, Granovskaia is reportedly working on signing ideal replacements should the duo fail to extend their contracts.
Juventus are said to be keen to shift De Ligt’s £280,000-a-week wages off their books and would sell to Chelsea knowing the Blues are desperate to bring in defensive reinforcements.
Chelsea tried to sign Kounde during the summer and will reportedly push to sign the Sevilla centre-back in 2022.
In attack, the signing of Napoli superstar Lorenzo Insigne, would add firepower to Chelsea’s attack. He could be available for free at the end of the season but Chelsea may not wait until then.
