Chelsea have reportedly made contact with a goalkeeper identified as a replacement for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Despite being the world’s most expensive goalkeeper and reportedly earning around €7milion yearly, Kepa is no.2 goalkeeper at Chelsea behind Edouard Mendy.
According to Fotomaç via Football London, Besiktas goalkeeper Ersin Destanoğlu is viewed as a potential replacement for Kepa at Chelsea.
Former midfielder Claude Makélélé, currently the technical mentor for young players at Chelsea, has reportedly had a meeting with Besiktas officials about potentially signing the player after travelling to Turkey.
Meanwhile, Kepa is keen on reuniting with former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri at Lazio.
