Chelsea right-back Reece James is a man in top form, and the academy product is already being hailed as one of the best right-backs in world football.

James has already bagged an impressive four goals and three assists in eight Premier League games this season, and he showed his class with an inch perfect cross for Kai Havertz to head home in the 1-1 draw with Burnley over the weekend.

Reece James seems to have ousted Cesar Azpilicueta in the right wing-back position for Chelsea, and at just 21, one can only wonder how far he’d go.

Chelsea legend John Terry believes that if James continues with this form, he can go on to be the greatest right-back of all time.

When asked by a user on Twitter whether the 21-year-old could go on to become the greatest right-back of all time, Terry replied: “Potentially, yes.

“But I always feel longevity is the key and performing year after year makes you the very best.

“I absolutely love Reece and feel he has everything to be the very best.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
