Trevoh Chalobah signs new long-term Chelsea contract

Chelsea centre-back Trevoh Chalobah has signed a new four-and-a-half-year contract at Chelsea.

The young defender, who turned 22 in July, has made an impressive start to the season in which he made his senior debut for the club.

Chalobah, who has been at the club since the age of eight, scored his first Chelsea goal in his Premier League debut in the 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace in our first league game of the season.

Chalobah has made 10 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season – 6 in the Premier League, 2 in the Carabao Cup, 1 in the Champions League and 1 in the UEFA Super Cup – scoring two goals. His second Chelsea goal came against Southampton.

Congrats Trevoh Chalobah.
