Chelsea beat Swedish side Malmo 1-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday evening thanks to a goal from Hakim Ziyech, who converted a beautiful cross from Callum Hudson-Odoi.

While Ziyech might have scored Chelsea’s winner in the second half, Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy was unhappy with the Moroccan international for what he did in the first half against Malmo.

Malmo barely threatened Chelsea and had no shot on target against Chelsea but on one of the few occasions they ventured forward, Mendy was unhappy with Ziyech’s pressing.

In midfield, Sergio Pena collected a drop ball and was put under very little pressure by Ziyech. It allowed the home side’s midfielder to clip a pass over the Chelsea defence and Antonio Colak volleyed narrowly wide.

Mendy was unhappy with the poor pressing from Ziyech and let the Moroccan international know about it as he raced towards the edge of his penalty area and demanded more from Ziyech.

Mendy came away with yet another clean sheet against Malmo.
